Harbourside Festival Marketplace

As Project Manager & Tenant Co-ordinator initiated the design, planning and construction of the first Festival Marketplace rejuvenating the derelict Darling Harbor waterfront to the become the third most recognized tourist icon in Australia “Harbourside”.

Successfully developed the derelict cold store waterfronts of Darling Harbour by Project Management of the Design & Tenant co-ordination to delivery the first unique Festival Marketplace Harbourside on time, budget and to the developers design criteria that has now become a landmark destination in Australia's tourism/retail industry. Retail fitouts costing some $55 Million.

Successfully managed the first collective group of specialist Australian Public artists and craftsmen to provide unique cultural art works, paintings, pottery, terrazzo, mosaics & wood carvings interface into the design of public space of retail environment in Harbourside- Darling Harbour, Skygarden and Manly Wharf redevelopments.


Market City - Haymarket

As Project Manager & Tenant Co-ordinator established the same management principals developed for Harbourside to deliver the fist major clearance retail shopping outlet centre in Sydney above the newly refurbished and famous Paddy’s Markets that anchored Market City as the destination retail and food venue in the heart of Chinatown and Haymarket.

Successfully managed the Tenancy co-ordination of Sydney’s first Clearance Outlet Centre by delivering some 150 retailers that has also become a landmark and a famous tourist destination in the heart of Sydney’s Chinatown above Paddy’s Markets


Stocklands Merrylands – Merrylands NSW

Stockland Merrylands shopping centre is located 25km West of the Sydney CBD. The redevelopment over 4 stages, involved quadrupling the size of the original shopping centre to 59,000sqm, including Kmart, Target, Big W, Coles, Franklins, Woolworths, over 200 specialty stores and 3,000 car spaces costing $398 million.


Stocklands Rockhampton- Rockhampton QLD

The development involved the bridging of two centre across Moore’s Creek by building a bridge link from Stocklands Mall to Kmart Plaza on the other side.

The redevelopment cost A$100 million and added approximately 75 specialty stores.


Pacific Square –Maroubra NSW

The development of Pacific Square was designed and constructed over two stages and taking four (4) years to complete and included retail/commercial/residential. Located in the heart of Maroubra Junction in the eastern suburbs of Sydney NSW. The development consisted of Stage 1- three levels of basement parking with Coles supermarket anchoring specialty retail shops at ground level, commercial podium level and three residential apartment towers.

Stage 2- three levels of car parking of basement parking with Aldi supermarket anchoring specialty retail shops at ground and additional residential towers with a combined number of 557 apartments together with commercial tenancies.

Stages 1 & 2 had a construction cost of $100million each with total project cost of around $200 million

Kelapa Gading Mall –Jakarta Indonesia

Successfully rescued a struggling retail expansion of some 60,000m2 to an existing shopping centre, Kelapa Gading Mall - Jakarta by initiating proper new project management and tenancy management procedures to deliver the project on budget and time. We were also the first development in Indonesia to successfully open a Sogo Department store on time planned.

Project size around 100,000 m2 with an additional 100 new retailers that include Sogo Dept Store, restaurants, cafes, taverns , new food court and specialty retailers and costing around $40 million.
